Alison's Wedding on 28th September 2016

We were touched to received these kind words from Alison a Maggie Rose bride who married back in September last year.

 "Words can't describe how I felt seeing my fabulous bouquet and hair comb! I was so touched how lovely they looked and how you incorporated my mums jewellery in them. Sadly mum and dad aren't with us anymore but I felt they were with me and part of the wedding, especially seeing their photos in my lovely bouquet. A big thank you to Karen as everything was perfect and you managed to put it all together in 1 month. Can't thank you enough, you showed so much compassion and this was reflected in my bouquet! Pure Pearl Elegance

We have been so busy recently, here is a peek at a really pretty hair comb that was hand made for one of our most recent Maggie Rose Bouquet brides, congratulations to Isra who was married on Saturday, we can't wait to see the official photographs...good luck from us and best wishes for your future happiness.

Sarah and Adam's Wedding at Allerton Castle

Congratulations to Maggie Rose Bouquets bride Sarah, who married Adam yesterday at Allerton Castle in Harrogate. 

Sarah commissioned us to design and make a beautiful opulent teardrop shaped bouquet in gold, pearls, crystals and featuring some of her families jewels and keepsakes. 

This commission was a big job for us, as we also designed and made something for Sarah's Sister Laura, who was her maid of honor, Sarah also had two younger bridesmaids that carried one of our pretty star shaped wands that were wrapped in a matching burnt orange satin fabric. 

We can't wait to see the official photographs!

Navy, pearl and silver sparkle

This stunning silver, pearl and with a hint of navy, sparkly posy bouquet was created for Jess, who's wedding was at Whirlowbrook Hall in July. We can't wait to show you the official photographs. Congratulations to the happy couple! 

Special day for a Maggie Rose Bouquets bride

Tonight was very special for one of our lovely brides, her order was complete and ready for collection. 

It was really good to see her face when she was presented her with it. We can't wait to see the photo's and be able to share them with you, but it won't be too long now.

Work in progress....we have been busy with another new order today, it's all very exciting as all of our brides are different, and they all like to design something for themselves, that makes our job really interesting as no two weddings are the same.

We have been working on something new today, some hair accessories to work with one of our bespoke posy bouquet. We're excited to do this order, but we don't have a great deal of time to do it, as the wedding is only a month away...eek 

Sweetie Cake Wedding Gift

We have been busy this week with other projects, we find that one of our heart shaped sweet cakes always go down well as an extra wedding gift on the day.

Steampunk inspired headdress

We have a Maggie Rose Bouquets bride coming to talk about her ideas, we have been sorting out some items to give inspiration for her design.

We love the metal buttons and crystals make a real statement when caught by the light.

Boxes of goodies

We have been going through some boxes and came across the clock and watch parts which we used last year in some Steam Punk inspired pieces. 

The keys and clock fingers are really quite beautiful, when they are placed with the rich colours of the beads and intricate cogs and buttons they look lavish and are almost architectural.

We definitely need to experiment more with these items.

Maggie Rose Bouquets wedding greeting cards

We are so pleased with our new Maggie Rose Bouquets wedding greeting cards 

which arrived at the weekend. 

The sparkles from the gems added to the flower broach, work beautifully with the detailed line drawing of our Mae design bouquet. This fits perfectly on to this square shaped ivory hammer finished card and is all finished off nicely with a brown paper envelope.
